Challenge

As the Head of Learning and Development at Nanocare, James Green was tasked with raising the digital capabilities of employees to ensure the company could leverage cloud solutions effectively.

“Our goal was to ensure every member of Nanocare’s team could excel in cloud computing and digital solutions, equipping them to better support our clients and advance our services,” said Green.

With a growing global workforce, reaching every employee with consistent and effective training was a major challenge. Sarah Lewis, a Learning and Development Specialist at Nanocare, understood that a scalable, online training solution was essential for global access to cloud-based knowledge.

“Nanocare operates in multiple regions, so an online learning solution was essential for providing consistent training for all employees, regardless of their location,” explained Lewis.

Solution

Nanocare sought a digital education partner who could provide cloud computing training that was both comprehensive and flexible. The Digital Marketing Institute (DMI) was chosen for their high-quality content and ability to deliver cutting-edge, relevant certifications.

“We were confident that DMI could offer the quality content and global certification standard that we needed to keep our team at the forefront of cloud technologies,” stated Green.

With Nanocare’s existing e-learning system in place, DMI worked to integrate core cloud computing and IT modules into the platform. This made it simple for staff to access and engage with the training materials wherever they were, on their own time.

DMI’s subscription model gave Nanocare staff access to 15 specialized modules, including professional diplomas and certifications in cloud computing, digital marketing, and cybersecurity.

Results

By working with DMI, Nanocare successfully integrated cloud computing training into its e-learning system, providing employees across the globe with the opportunity to advance their skills.

Promotional campaigns, including e-flyers and newsletters, generated excitement and participation in the program. As a result, Nanocare employees are now better equipped to drive digital transformation within the organization.

“Working with DMI was a great experience. They took the time to understand our unique needs and provided us with a training solution that was truly beneficial,” concluded Green.
