The Digital Marketing Institute (DMI) partnered with Fusion to provide a tailored e-learning solution, recognizing that the non-profit required a progressive approach to digital education.

Fusion’s existing e-learning system facilitated the integration of DMI’s modules. The subscription-based model allowed Fusion employees access to 15 key modules, including the Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing and Specialist Diplomas. The content was selected to align with the specific goals and challenges faced by the non-profit sector.

Results

The partnership enabled Fusion to enhance the digital skills of its global workforce effectively. Employees could access training at their convenience, resulting in increased engagement and skill application.

Promotional campaigns, including e-flyers and internal newsletters, boosted participation and excitement for the program. Today, Fusion continues to work with the Digital Marketing Institute, leveraging their expertise to empower employees and further its mission of improving healthcare accessibility.
